AnYiPu 7700 Single Quadrupole GC-MS for Determination of Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds in Soil and Sediment

Reference "HJ 834-2017 Determination of Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds in Soil and Sediment by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry." Volatile organic compound (VOC) mixed standards were analyzed using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). VOCs were qualitatively identified based on retention time, mass spectra, and characteristic ion pairs, and quantitatively determined using the external standard method.

Experimental Results
Analyze samples from low to high concentration according to instrument analysis conditions. The semi-volatile organic compound concentration points are 1.
mg/L, 5 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 50mg/L. Target analyte concentration on the x-axis; target analyte response value (peak
Area) as the y-axis, fit a calibration curve using the least squares method. The correlation coefficients of all curves exceed 0.99.
The linear correlation coefficients (r) for semi-volatile organic compounds were all greater than 0.99, and the relative standard deviations for repeated injections ranged from 2.3% to 10.6%.
Linearity, precision, and other parameters meet or exceed the requirements of this national standard.
