EnyiPu 7700 Single Quadrupole GC-MS for Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Soil and Sediment

According to "HJ 835-2017 Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Soil and Sediments by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry", organochlorine pesticide mix standards were analyzed using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system. Qualitative analysis was performed based on retention time, mass spectra, and characteristic ions in Scan mode. Quantification was conducted using the external standard method in Sim mode.

Experimental Results
Analyze samples according to instrument analysis conditions, starting from low to high concentration. The organochlorine pesticide concentration points are 1 µg/mL, 5 µg/mL, 10 µg/mL, 20 µg/mL, and 50 µg/mL. Plot the target analyte concentration on the y-axis and the response value (peak area) on the x-axis. Construct the calibration curve using least squares regression; all correlation coefficients exceed 0.99.
Prepare samples at concentrations of 0.4 µg/mL and 1.0 µg/mL, run on the instrument, and calculate the signal-to-noise ratio for each compound. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation for all compounds are below the required standards.
The linear correlation for organochlorine pesticides is strong, and the limit of detection is below national standard requirements. This method is suitable for detecting organochlorine pesticides.
