- Banana sulfur dioxide rapid testing: As a major banana-producing region in China, Guangxi faces challenges in detecting residual sulfur dioxide from sulfur fumigation. Traditional methods are time-consuming and lead to product backlogs. AnYiPu's in-situ mass spectrometry offers a viable solution with its "rapid response" capability, with potential future applications extending to sulfur dioxide residue detection in traditional Chinese medicines.
- Jasmine Grading: Guangxi leads the nation in jasmine production, where immediate post-harvest flavor analysis directly determines grade and value. Leveraging the strengths of olfactory instruments in odor analysis, both parties explored the feasibility of rapid identification of flavor compounds, establishing a technical pathway to enhance the added value of the jasmine industry.
This inspection has injected new momentum into the collaboration between both parties. Moving forward, Anyipu will deepen coordination with the Guangxi ASEAN Food Inspection Center, advance scientific research cooperation based on specific testing needs, and transform technical solutions into practical tools to address industry pain points—leveraging domestic testing capabilities to support high-quality development of local characteristic industries.
