We hereby issue the following official statement regarding the "Anyipu" brand and related market entities:
1. The "AnYiPu" brand is jointly owned and operated by Suzhou Anyipu Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. and AnYiPu (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. As of the date of this statement, these two companies are the sole legal entities under the "AnYiPu" brand, responsible for all business operations including brand management, product R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service.
2. Recently, some entities and related promotional or advertising activities have appeared in the market using a name identical or similar to "Anyeipu". After verification, these entities and activities are not affiliated with Suzhou Anyeipu Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. or Anyeipu (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd., nor have they received any form of authorization or endorsement from us.
3. Any unauthorized use of the "Anyipu" name, trademark, brand logos, or other intellectual property rights for commercial activities constitutes an infringement of our legal rights and interests. We shall not bear any legal liability for consumer complaints, infringed rights, or commercial disputes arising from such infringing acts.
4. For companies suspected of infringing our trademark rights, trade name rights, or engaging in unfair competition, we will take all necessary legal actions—including sending cease-and-desist letters, filing complaints with market supervision authorities, and initiating lawsuits—to hold them accountable and firmly protect our brand's legitimate rights and maintain fair market order.
